The staff at this property are amazing and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The room is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast options are delicious and the location offers magnificent views over the slope. The distance to the center is also great, only 20 minutes' walk away. The pool is fantastic as well.

We loved the delicious breakfasts with fresh orange juice and the marvelous view. The staff was accommodating and extremely polite. The location was great, right by the hotel's restaurants and close to the Ukrainian mountains. Plus, it's also near the forest.

Beautifully renovated building and rooms offering stunning views of the hill. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious, with the option to have a custom-made omelette. Additionally, the breakfast area provides a marvelous view to admire while you eat. 🌄

The breakfast is delicious with a marvelous view. The location of the hotel in Bukovel is stunning and particularly good. The service was very good. The place where you can eat within easy walking distance of the property is U Mikoli.

the hotel's location was marvellous near the mountain. and it's not very far from lucky bull meat&asia, ate there once or twice. i was offered a room with pleasant views on the mountains. the room had a nice design.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very courteous and pleasant. The rooms are spacious, with big beds and there is free parking. The breakfast is savory and the view is marvelous. The location is particularly good. The pool area is also good. They do not charge for wake-up calls and ironing.

Staff at the restaurant 2 points with 5. In 5 years, the first time saw such an attitude and service, or rather its absence.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a 2-sized bed, all the facilities expected, mini-bar was not a problem.

The restaurant was nice with delicious cuisine here, I had excellent dishes. The location in a wonderful area was magnificent and stunning and there were a supermarket and a convenience store nearby.

Marvellous location on top of hill. Also - next to Carpathians as well as Radisson Blu Resort in Bukovel for 7 nights over Christmas 2018. Fairly quiet and perfect rooms, PLEASANT view of the mountains and the slope. Modern decor.
